Return policy


If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the ship date. All returned items must be in its original condition:  unworn, un-altered, with original tags and packaging attached.  We are not responsible for shipping on return items (unless its for an exchange / store credit) and we suggest you ship via a carrier with tracking – as we will not be liable should your package get lost enroute.

RETURN PROCEDURE

1)   Full refund back to your original payment method. Just ship the item back to us at:

2)   Exchange for another size or color. Receive a Free Exchange return-shipping label.

 

3)   Store Credit / A-thread Gift Card + $5 bonus Credit:  Receive a Free Exchange return-shipping label

 

You must contact customer support help@a-thread.com in order to get approval for the option you select along with a RMA #.  If you do not obtain authorization prior to sending the package we will be unable to process your return.

We recommend that you ship your package back via a carrier that offers tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for the package should it get lost on its way back.

Shipping is non refundable, unless there has been a shipping error or product arrives damaged.


EXCHANGES

We will only exchange items for a different size or color.  Since we may run out of stock, we recommend that you place a new order online, and contact us at help@a-thread.com, with your Order Number and the new Order number.  When we receive your item, we will process a full refund.
